Data processed and how it is obtained
In its current public configuration, this website does not include forms, user accounts, analytics systems or other proprietary mechanisms for collecting personal data. If someone contacts the association through the email link, E-Veleta Comics will process the information voluntarily included in the message, such as name, email address, enquiry content and any other information the sender chooses to provide.
Purpose
Data will be used solely to respond to the enquiry, request or proposal received, maintain the necessary communications and, where appropriate, manage pre-contractual steps or any relationship arising from them.
Lawful basis
Processing is based on the association’s legitimate interest in responding to communications it receives and, when an enquiry concerns the provision of services or a possible collaboration, on taking pre-contractual steps requested by the person concerned. If a legal obligation requires information to be retained or disclosed, processing will also be based on compliance with that obligation.
Retention
Data will be retained for as long as necessary to deal with the communication and manage any resulting relationship. It may subsequently be kept with restricted access for the periods required to address possible legal liabilities. It will be deleted once those periods have expired.
Recipients
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or necessary to manage a request expressly made by the person concerned. Providers of technical hosting or email services may have limited access to data as processors and under the corresponding confidentiality and security obligations.
International transfers and automated decisions
No transfers outside the European Economic Area are currently planned. If a technical provider needed to make an international transfer, it would only be carried out on a valid legal basis and with the safeguards required by law. E-Veleta Comics does not create profiles or make automated decisions from the information received.
Data subject rights
Data subjects may request access to, rectification or erasure of their personal data, restriction of processing, objection and, where applicable, portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@e-veleta.com, specifying the right to be exercised and providing the information needed to verify identity.
If they believe that the processing of their data does not comply with the law, they may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Security and updates
E-Veleta Comics applies reasonable measures to protect information received against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. This policy will be updated if contact channels, processing activities or applicable legislation change.
